Billund XXL Type 4 Carport Red Class Wood 700x512cm – Blank Walls

Do you want to install a spacious Red Class Wood carport with an enclosed terrace area? The Billund XXL Type 4 carport measures 700 x 512 cm and is 436 cm high. The rear side features a solid wall made of single-sided impregnated Swedish cladding boards. Between the posts on both sides and at the half front, balustrade railings are installed. This carport is a DIY kit and must be cut to size before assembly.

Red Class Wood

Dimensions Billund XXL Type 4

This luxury carport is 5.12 m deep, 7 m wide, and 4.36 m high. The Billund XXL Type 4 gable roof carport features strong joints and diagonal braces. The footprint is 700 x 452 cm. At the front, the free passage between the posts is 329 cm. The roof slopes at the back to a height of approximately 129 cm.

The complete DIY kit includes pre-drilled and pre-cut triple glued Red Class 14 x 14 cm posts and ring beams, braces, 6.5 x 17.5 cm roof structure rafters, 1.8 x 14.5 cm roof decking, 2.8 x 19 cm fascia board and wind strip, including Dutch assembly instructions and hardware. The blank wall is delivered with single-sided impregnated Swedish cladding boards, including supporting structure.

Roofing

This Red Class Wood carport is delivered without roofing. You can order your preferred roofing via the additional options. Options include various styles and colors of roof shingles, lightweight roof tiles like Aquapan, or stronger steel-look tiles like Easypan. If using Aquapan, apply roofing felt as an underlayer. The Billund carport’s roof structure is strong enough to support wooden or used roof tiles as well.

Gutter Set

A gutter can be attached to the roof to collect rainwater. A complete 125 mm galvanized gutter set is available as an additional option.

Assembly Tips

The Billund carport is available in various sizes and versions. If the model does not fully meet your needs, you can expand it with closed panel walls. It is advisable to mount the walls on a support structure and place them on 6x20x100 concrete beams for a sturdy construction and longer lifespan. Treat the wood with our super-covering stain to delay graying and extend its life.

Place the posts on concrete piers and fill them with rapid-set concrete for a solid base. For proper alignment, use straight model concrete piers. Complete sets of piers are available as an extra option, with height adjusters in RVS or galvanized steel.

Important: When installing the rear wall, the middle post (see floor plan) is optional.
